Hardee's receives mixed reviews. Some customers praise the fast service, hot and fresh food, and excellent customer service, with one noting a breakfast meal was ready within a minute. Others report slow service and spoiled milkshakes, with one reviewer having to throw away a hard steak biscuit. The chicken is sometimes fine, but the meat on burgers may not be hot. Despite these issues, many describe the restaurant as underrated with sweet employees, fantastic evening service, and a 10 out of 10 customer service rating, especially when ordering through the app.
