Customer service today was poor. They do Not offer first responders discount, MILITARY ONLY. The worker in drive thru didn’t have a name tag on and was not on receipt. I hate for all of the workers at Arbys to get a bad review based on that one individual however I have no way of knowing her name. She definitely needs to learn some customer service skills!
