This place is horrible. I made an online order that was supposed to be ready at 1:15. Waited over 30 minutes and nothing. Asked for my order to be refunded and canceled. It took another 11 minutes for a manger to show up. No apologies or addressing the issue. I've had issues with this place but this was the last straw. Never again. Avoid this place at all costs.
We’ve been to a lot of Cracker Barrel’s all over the country. Sometimes you get good service and/or food and sometimes you don’t. This store in Lakeland, TN is the absolute worst we have ever visited. Heard people complaining around us and should have left then, but the waitress assured us the food would come out in a timely manner.
