Primarily it was one person's fault for this rating basically all I have to say to him is you don't take it out on your surroundings when you get in trouble at your job. If your job is not to go into the back and do things in the back then stay out of the back and don't stand the front and complain about it.
Another great classic roast beef sandwich. Really enjoyed the potato cakes being back on the menu. Ashlynn offered great service asking if we needed any additional sauce. Friendly and very competent.
I went to Arby's on 10923 to get to of their New Philly steak sandwiches and I got there in the one waiting on me said we do not have the peppers or the bread for it that sounds like poor management !!
