I just sat at the drive-thru order speaker for an extended time ( only person in line ) no response. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and backed up and went inside to place my order. I stood at the counter for an extended time only for no one to come to the counter and take my order, again I was the only customer in the restaurant. I just walked out and will not be back.
The worst customer service restaurant in town management is rude took 45 minutes to get two sandwiches
Went there today at lunch, the one in Loretta tn. guy that works there outside smoking sitting on his car in the front door. Went in there one person in the back working well doing something. Stood there for probably 8min. Person in back looked up there but never came to take order. So we left guy still sitting on car smoking. What a joke!!
Never will be back!!
