I ordered a 12 piece original family meal with 3 sides that cost me almost $40....picked it up at drive thru got it home had 8 pieces of greasy Xtra crispy chicken and 2 sides ....tried calling restaurant 4 times and got no answer....drive back told them what happened all they did was say I got the wrong order (well duh genius) gave me 4 pieces of chicken and the missing side....it was their fault and no apology just throw what they have to my way and see ya....$40 for cold food...read full review
I ordered the eight pieces meal deal, original recipe with an extra breast which I was charged for. I did not get the extra breast that I paid for, they gave me extra crispy and then they shorted me a potato and a gravy. There was literally no one else in the drive-thru. We live 20 miles out of town and when I called to complain, the woman's response to me was that they are only human. She told me to bring in my receipt the next time I am in town and they will give me a breast....read full review
Ugh...just went to kfc in Lawrenceburg to get some food to go and the register girl was behind the chicken warmers eating potato wedges and dipping them in a sauce packet when we walked in. She saw us walk in and kept on getting them out of the bin eating them. Then after about 4 or 5 of them she came around and said is this dine in or carry out. AND SHE DIDNT EVEN CHANGE THE GLOVES SHE HAD ON WHILE SHE WAS EATING 🤮 And there was a manager standing back there letting her do...read full review
