The customer service was lacking. I think the person serving us was the owner or manager. He kept asking me "what kind?" after I would tell him what I wanted and what type of bread. I ended up getting a sub instead of a wrap because the line was already long and it was frustrating. The food was not great, but we did eat it. They had fresh cookies and enough for our order. Subway is definitely the healthier option to choose to eat in lawrenceburg other than the 2 Japanese restaurants we have, I've never had a bad sub sandwich from there other than them skimping on the meat you can't go wrong with eating at subway!

This is only my second time ordering from this location. Service was fast. Food on the other hand the bread was hard as a rock. I don't know if it is just because of the time I ordered and they did not have any fresh made yet but it was hard as rock. The last time ordered it was so good I just had to order again to see if I was going to get the same results.
