Ricks bar-b-que has always been a staple In our home but recently the quality has made us consider looking for other options. Our standard has been loaded potatoes and dessert. The potatoes have been more and more dry, but the desserts have fallen flat. We ordered peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream and it was just disappointing. I hope things change soon. Ordered the pork sandwich combo with mayo (I do not recommend...go with regular sauce), seasoned fries and a sweet tea. I have had tons of barbecue and my grandfather was a pitmaster and this was mediocre at best.
