My brother is getting married. He ONLY LIKES Sunrise Bakery carrot cake. We ordered this cake MONTHS ago, go to pick it up today and are told “Sorry this order must have got put in a wrong drawer….” No effort was made to make this right and I am highly disappointed. You just lost an entire family and lifetime of business.
