Our waitress was attentive. The guacamole, salsa, and cheese dip were great. The guac remind me of our favorite our favorite resort in Mexico, Excellence. They have a happy hour, seven days a week. The $3.50 margarita wasn’t a disappointment.
Los Compadres was a great pick for lunch. The food was delicious and fast. The chips and salsa were good and fresh. We devoured our food, so I guess we were really hungry. I had a quesadilla with beans and rice off the lunch menu. Just the right portion for lunch.. Give this place a try. The atmosphere is also charming.
Not bad. Let's get the negative out of the way first. The restaurant was very busy, which is great for them but not so great for us, Our server was doing her best. Unfortunately, she had the bad habit that some waiters develop, of looking at the table they are serving, then immediately looking at the floor as soon as they step away and head for the kitchen. It took 10+ minutes to finally get her attention at one point. The chips were too think and had absolutely zero salt....
