The food is pretty good, and I really enjoyed the spicy ketchup. My main issue is the speed in which they give you your food once it's ordered. My most recent trip there I was behind four cars and ended up pulling out of the drive-thru due to the speed in which we were moving. I was able to drive down the road, order somewhere else, get my food, and as I past the restaurant I noticed the car in front of me before was still not even to the window. My favorite fast-food burger joint and one of the many things I missed about Texas. Thank God they started building them in Tennessee. Not your typical burger spot with the standard-issue burgers. There are lots of options to choose from and the best spicy chicken sandwich I've ever had consistently, fukk chicken fil-a (ill go in depth on my review for that).And that Dr Pepper milkshake, what??

Always really slow, the employee taking my order had 0 customer service but the one who handed me my food was nice. Food at whataburger is always good but not as good as Whataburger in Texas/Kansas where it originates.
