For the last two days I’ve went into the store to order and to pick up. Both days the employees behind the counter were rude and not very friendly. Yesterday I went in and ordered and the two employees didn’t seem very friendly what so ever and Today I stopped to pick my food up. I had to ask for napkins due to there not being any in my bag. I went to this location for the first time today with some pretty needy requests and the group working went above and beyond! Plus the cookies were perfectly soft! I’ll definitely be coming back!

One thing that I noticed at this particular location is that when staff are returning from the back of the house, they don’t always change their gloves, which is a big red flag when you think about cross-contamination. I could tell that many of the individuals that work at this location are teens. However, I really stressed the importance to leadership to train everyone properly on how to handle food.
