First time dining at O'Charley's. Had a great experience. Was driving through to Eastern TN from TX and stopped here for an early lunch. The chicken biscuit was bomb! So were the Bloody Mary's that accompanied. Too bad O'Charley's is not in the DFW area. Otherwise, I'd be a regular patron!
The Watertown Senior Citizens had lunch today at the Lebanon O’Charleys and it was a wonderful experience. Our server Hannah W. went above and beyond to serve us!!! What a delight Hannah W was and we truly appreciate her want to recognize her.
Food was good (except the sweet mashed potatoes were barely warm) , service was average, with a longer than average wait for food, I definitely concur with the previous reviewer that the high decibel trivia questions over in the bar were disruptive to conversation at the table! Otherwise, the waitstaff were friendly and welcoming.
