Food was so plain and bland the chicken teriyaki is the worst sub I think I’ve ever ate. I remember school lunches being better and the place is so expensive I got me, my gf and daughter something to eat. And it was as about 70 dollars for the 3 subs 2 medium drinks an 2 medium fries I would’ve been better taking my family out to eat. I give two stars because the fries were good but that was the only good thing. If you’re gonna charge restaurant prices it should atleast taste like it.

I love penn station. Sandwiches are fresh and in my case hot. I love to order home cut fries at a sandwich shop !.

Idk why Penn Station doesn't have more stars. I was accidentally delivered Penn Station one time when I ordered Cracker Barrel. I was upset at first until I tried the subs. So delicious!! I've ordered there a few times since then and it's always so good. Everything is made fresh. The ladies helping me out weren't rude, but not super friendly. I assumed it was a manager helping me, because she was training a girl while I waited. I think being more friendly to the customers would be the only critic I have . Everything was delicious per usual! Favorite sub shop. Go eat there.

Since I've been in Tennessee I've enjoyed coming here but my visit recently left me on edge. I asked for a lemonade with no ice and was told by the cashier that her boss said that she couldn't sell me the drink with no ice in it. I said "excuse me." I just ordered $40 worth of food and you're telling me that I can't get a drink unless I put ice in it? Eventually, I got it with no ice, but I was so shocked by her saying that her boss told her this. I went with my son who just moved here with me to show off this spot that I had come to love, but I don't think we're going back.

will not return to this location. it’s always slow, the food isn’t up to the usual penn station standards, the staff barely communicates with you. last time i ordered i found a hair in my sub. i tried to call and let them know but their phone was disconnected. all forms of communication about the matter went ignored.

update: reached out as requested and got no response.

We attempted to place a call in order 30 minutes before closing and they would not take the order over the phone. Went in to try and order and the sign said open door unlocked but then said they couldn’t take the order due to they were closing early to clean the oven. We love Penn Station but this one needs to at a minimum adhere to their posted hours.

Great little sub shop! We had them toast us an Italian sub and it was awesome! The girls working on Wednesday June 26th, 2024 were wonderful and deserve a raise. ?

Way under staffed. Had to wait more than 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. However, the 2 employees there did the best they could.

I am sitting here at Penn Station East Coast Subs for the first time and ordered the steak and cheese sub along with some fries. Unfortunately, my experience was worth writing about. The steak and cheese sub was extremely salty and tasted more like Hamburger Helper than actual steak. It was really disgusting; I've had better food at a carnival. The fries were equally disappointing, failing to impress in both taste and texture. Additionally, the restaurant was empty, which was concerning. The tables in the dining area were sticky, and there was no soap in the men's room. I’m blown away by how shameful this place is. Despite the limited dining options in Lebanon, TN, this is definitely one to avoid. Given this underwhelming experience, I absolutely will not be returning. It's a shame because I had high hopes for this place.
