Ruby Tuesday offers a delicious salad bar and great food, although service can be inconsistent due to understaffing. The restaurant can have a dead atmosphere, and the floor was sticky. Servers didn't seem to know too much, and the wait can be very long, even for kids cheeseburger meals. However, the American Smashed Burger and steak are absolutely delicious. Recently, some servers, including “Z” and Bethany, provided exceptional service, making the dining experience more enjoyable.
