I live in Lebanon and used to go to Shop Springs frequently. I had heard the formula for the icecream was changed to be more all natural. While the idea in theory is great, the icecream suffered. The strawberry is AWFUL now. Colors and textures are way off. I miss the strawberry puree that was in it. I might get another flavor, but I'm not hopeful. I will continue to support them because I love local hometown places, but I'm disappointed.
Wonderful hidden gem! The ice cream is out of this world. Best flavors all around. We enjoyed taking home a gallon of milk and meats from the freezer. Give it a try! You wont be disappointed!!!
Absolutely delicious! Shop Springs Creamery was a popular place today! I was so thankful to see so many people supporting a small family business. I talked with many people who were repeat customers.
