“I don’t come here often but when I do the service is great. My only complaint is that the screens are broken so when I pay with card I am never able to leave a tip. It has been like this for more than 2 months. It would be nice to be able to leave the carhops a tip and have screens that actually work when the tip screen comes up. Service workers rely on tips and I hope they get their screens fixed soon because they are causing their workers to lose money.“
“My wife and I live in Mt. Juliet and are used to the ground-breakingly bad service offered by the Sonic on South Mt. Juliet Road, where the food is always cold and the service is lousy.
We tried this Sonic location today and had the opposite experience—the server was friendly and smiley, all the food was hot and fresh, and delivered in a timely manner. The drinks were DELICIOUS as well.
My wife and I have agreed that we will go out of our way in the future to patronize this Sonic location, even though it is 7 miles from our house. Keep up the great work, guys! It’s appreciated.“
“I love Sonic anywhere, this one included. Minor card reader issues, but they were super patient and kind~ Carhop was not wearing rollerskates. 4/5 stars ? everything else was as awesome as always :)
Parking: Each parking spot has a drive-thru intercom. Kinda like a drive-in movie, but for food :)“
