Sonic Drive-In in Franklin

“I’ve had good experiences at this place. The food is good the service is quick the only issues I’ve had is with the menu. They’ve had an item on the menu that they don’t carry and another time they overcharged me for an item. when I brought it to their attention they said, oh that’s if you order it online you would get a cheaper price, which is not true because it said nowhere on the menu that if I I needed to do that in order to get the cheaper price.
and when I text the manager and voice my opinion, no one got back to me, I eat there all the time I would say eat there, but make sure you check what you’re getting and check what the actual prices is.“

“The crew here are always kind and courteous. This location is a great option for an outdoor style picnic lunch as well. When I'm having a particularly tough work day, I will come and order food from the picnic tables outside. It recenters me every time and I feel the stress from my work morning melt away. The new BBQ themed menu items look great. I am having the BBQ pulled pork sandwich, but they also have a version with a hamburger patty! The other item is pulled pork BBQ totchos ??I will definitely be trying those on a day when I don't have so much work ahead of me lol. The BBQ sandwich is a mess but in a truly wonderful way. I ordered extra sauce on the side because most places that serve BBQ sandwiches only give you a little dollop of sauce. This sandwich is sauced up and ready to go. The flavor is great considering I didn't have to wait in line at a BBQ joint for 45 minutes to get it. I definitely recommend trying this...it is slightly spicy but not in a overwhelming way

Parking: Always an open stall at sonic but I recommend parking at the front to get out and enjoy a meal at the picnic tables“

“We ordered Smashed Burgers and onion rings. Food was good, but I wouldn’t call that burger a “Smash Burger.” It tasted just like a single and didn’t have any crispy edges at all. Disappointing, but still a nice place to get a quick bite.“

“This Sonic location is pretty good! I’ve tried the one in Murfreesboro before and all of their food was too salty. But this one hasn’t missed the mark, yet! Hopefully it stays that way. Customer service has been good every time I’ve visited also.

Highly recommended customizing their burger to make it a chili cheeseburger. That’s my fav along with their chili cheese coney dog. And a strawberry slushy to go with it.
