I only hive 4 stars because I couldn't leave a tip.. the screen went blank after I paid and there was no way to fix it.. Other than that.. it's Sonic, you know it's good.
This location is way better than the one off murfreesboro road. All the carhops are always so nice when answering to take your order, they read it back to you and give you a good welcome when taking and delivering your order.
I’ve been here 4 times in the last couple of months. Each time we come, we wait no less than 10 minutes for someone to take our order, another 20-30 for food or drinks to come out, and the order is typically missing something. This most recent time, wait time for one ocean water and a plain water was 25 minutes. Not sure if it’s management, being short staffed, or just being too busy, but do not come here if you’re looking for a quick experience.
