But accolades, two Ethan was very attentive and a hard worker, and he did a good job, I see him as future management material.“
“It is a good and quick place to get take out for days when you are in a hurry. Some places are sloppy and you receive a messy burrito, taco, etc and sometimes you don’t receive what you order at all. If you don’t check your food you pretty much get what you don’t expect.
Parking: Depending on the location of the restaurant, they provide quite a big of parking spaces while some provide just enough to park, order, eat quickly, and leave so others will have a place to park.“
“This location seems to actually care about their service. I frequent here and I can’t say every order is perfect. I’ve noticed that I can depend on them to put in effort to complete my order successfully. I will still check my bag to make sure I got my sour cream with my rolled tacos because the ranch just doesn’t do it for me, but I don’t experience pre-anxiety when I decide to visit this location because I’ve seen that they care.They even called me once when I placed a doordash order to tell me an item wasn’t available. I have NEVER received this level of customer service from any business before. The item I chose as a replacement was much cheaper then the item I paid for. I was okay losing a little money because they put in the tiny amount of effort to call, and they added coupons for free tacos to make up the difference. This is how a business should function. I never used the coupons, but the gesture is what makes them different than a business that doesn’t care.Now if corporate would keep the rolled tacos on the menu along with the fries, AND bring back the non-spicy green sauce, I’ll demand that google allows a 10 star review.Thank you Eastgate Taco Bell for existing. Thank you for putting in basic effort to fix the issues that happen through out the day. Thank you for putting in extra effort too.The management and staff at this location deserve a holiday bonus and need to teach customer service lessons to every other business around, not just food.
