I wouldn't really recommend them during the daytime if you're not a heavy drinker.. at nighttime the atmosphere changes; they bring in a great crowd the food and drinks are up to par and they have wonderful pool tables. Not saying it's a bad place during the day its just a totally different vibe.

Went to play some pool. Had a great time. The food was really good and staff is very friendly.
Permanently Closed is a restaurant with a unique atmosphere that changes depending on the time of day. During the day, it's not recommended for those who don't enjoy drinking heavily, while at night, the crowd is great and the food and drinks are up to par. The restaurant features wonderful pool tables and has a different vibe during the day. Some bartenders may pour smaller amounts of drinks, but many others provide great service.
