Ordered lunch at drive thru. 4 sandwiches, drinks and fries. The only sauce we asked for was horsey sauce. Pulled away and not a one was in the bag. After we went in to get some, came out to eat and the beef was gray on our sandwiches.

They ran out of roast beef and had to cut some, that took a while. I ordered crinkle fries and it was mixed with curly. After waiting for a bit I thought they might bring out my food but... Nope. Things are not what they used to be for sure. I'm not the only one to leave my garbage on the table. Not many happy campers there that afternoon.

The women's rest room was disgusting and the dining room reeked because of it.
I went to the Arby’s in Lenoir Cry to try the new Italian sandwich. I went inside to do my order . Walked up to the counter and waited the employee kept trying around looking at me but not saying anything, finally asked if need to go through the drive thru ? He finally came to the counter and I asked him “ what is all on the new Italian sandwich?” He took the card tossed it at me and said read it it’s in here “ WOW !!! His name was Gavin young kid . Sandwich is ok but not the best . Fries cold Definitely will not return to Arby’s anymore
