Arby’s food is sooooo good! And I would highly recommend it. Especially the fries and sliders! Also the service is great and the SAUCE don’t even get me started on the sauce… it is LITERALLY out of this world!🌍

The order was a roast beef and cheddar, with curly fries and an unsweet tea. A classic chicken and a classic roast beef. The roast beef and cheddar had a hair in (not on) the sandwich, and the tea tasted old. The classic roast beef was another roast beef and cheddar instead of the classic roast beef i had ordered. Not worth driving back. Hair inside one sandwich means there's more since hair nets are obviously not being worn. Arby's in Lenoir City used to stand out above the rest of the fast food in town, but i guess all good things come to an end. Won't be going back. The only way hair gets inside of a sandwich is carelessness. What other sanitary guidelines are being ignored.

Normally have good experience at this store. But today spent 45 minutes in the drive through all I get is an hour for lunch spent it sitting in a drive through no excuse for this. This will be the last time I come here for lunch ever.

disgusting management both the general and assistant manager are disrespectful people and have disgusting behavior towards their employees and customers. Kurtis needs fired and so does the assistant

Paid for a shake online, got there to pick it up, they couldn't make it. Offered me 1 cookie to replace an entire shake. Prices don't match up there.
Went there 2 times. First time wax food for me. They messed up my order. Did not give me the right food. Went back with a friend same thing. The guy taking the order was told 3 different times what he wanted. And still got it wrong.

Got for lunch next day... Horsey sauce pump both empty previous night told counter when got packets.
Only one changed not primed to dispense.
Claimed both were changed but. Left one would not prime for me ... Sceptical that it was.
Same food it ever was but ... Potato cakes BACK ???
I can't eat them for dietary reasons but if they were seasonal I would not be happy ... Guess the new generation wants fries with that instead.

We went around 2 pm to grab lunch. We all ordered different types of sliders. And they have gotten way smaller... And the 2-5 pm happier hour deal is no longer a thing, I guess? At least not at the Lenior city Arby's.

Went in for the burger , shake and fry special being offered. After being ignored for 5 minutes by the person standing by the counter, another person came out for my the order. Told me not such offer available. Checked my phone, offer was by app only (fine print ?). Just the same, they should have known about the offer. Moved on to another restaurant.
