I went to the Arby’s in Lenoir Cry to try the new Italian sandwich. I went inside to do my order . Walked up to the counter and waited the employee kept trying around looking at me but not saying anything, finally asked if need to go through the drive thru ? He finally came to the counter and I asked him “ what is all on the new Italian sandwich?” He took the card tossed it at me and said read it it’s in here “ WOW !!! His name was Gavin young kid . Sandwich is ok but not the best . Fries cold Definitely will not return to Arby’s anymore

I just left the drive through and the guy at the window was great so the one star is strictly for the manager on duty. I asked for pepper sauce and the guy said they were out of packets but would get me a little container. The manager told him no and that I can come in and get it myself. That’s pretty rude and shows no appreciation for the guest who pays his bills. Also make sure you do your truck orders accordingly so that they have what they need. Everything was great, manager sucks.
