I go to this Baskin-Robins every time I visit Lenoir City. I got a turtle cappuccino blast with praline ice cream the last time I went, and it was amazing. The staff is always patient and helpful. The bathrooms are clean. The gas station has an abundance of varieties of food and drinks. For the last 5 years, I've been visiting this place, and I've always been happy with the overall service.

I only give 1 stars for this location because they are always closed for “cleaning”. We have stopped by multiple times now on Wednesday nights to go get ice cream. It’s right before 9 or is 9 and the sign say’s they close at 10 and this past Wednesday my husband even called a head of time to verify. We get there at 8:50 pm about and the place is closed. Idk what is going on but they need to figure it out.

I just wanted to give 5 stars to the young man that was working last night, Friday November 15 around 8:15. I wish I had asked his name because his customer service was amazing. My family and I stopped in for ice cream and he was just phenomenal with my two children and so positive and upbeat. If you see this please know that you are going to do great things with that attitude, my friend!
