Read other recent reviews and sadly its true. This place is no longer a nice place to eat. The bathrooms are in terrible shape there was a wet roll of paper towels on the counter and a broke towel dispenser. The rain was leaking around the hood above the table. They had a guy that climbed up on the grill and stood on a piece of cardboard to wipe water away before starting the grill. The waitress didn't ask about salad dressing and just brought salad with ginger dressing. I told her I wanted ranch instead and was brought ranch dressing but not a new salad without ginger on it. when I then explained to her I wasn't going to eat the salad with ginger she took it and the dressing and I just didn't get the salad I paid for. The cook was so slopy while making the rice it was falling in the grease trap where they scrap the trash off the grill and he would scoop it back into the pile and mix it in so I didn't eat the rice either. There was show of skill other than the onion volcano and a missed attemptat throwingrice at a kid. The meat and vegetables were ok but not nearly seasoned enough nor were they particularly outstanding. I was truly hopeful when I saw the crowd of people waiting at 4:15 for the door to open at 4:30 but I don't expect it will last much longer after my last experience. In all honesty unless they do some much needed maintenance to the building this place should probably just be closed by the health department.

We love Bella! We only get sushi so I can't speak to the hibachi. The only reason the atmosphere is lacking is because there's always an intense chemical smell from the cleaners they use, which on one hand is great because you can be sure they're cleaning well, but it practically burns the nostrils when you walk in which isn't appetizing at all.I do wish the bar area looked a little more appealing and less like storage but all in all we make a trip at least once a week for lunch!

They never answer the phone at all to get an order placed. Why have phones if they can’t answer no one.

This place to start was ridiculous. From the moment we walked in we should have left. Thought it was cold in the entrance while waiting but figured it to be the doors opening. After being seated even next to the hibachi grill we felt cold. As I started looking around the restaurant I found that there were space heaters used to heat the restaurant. Should have walked then. But no. When it was time to order I asked the waitress if the meal came with LO MEIN noodles and she told me yes. On to the cook. He was very young and didn't do much of anything other than a volcano onion. And a toy that squirts like it is peeing. No egg tricks nothing. Then when he asked how we ask our stake to be cooked we told him rare because they over cook them typically. When he put them down note they were very thin. I started a timer. And he was slow as molasses and we had to hurry and tell him to flip it so not to over cook them. Then we have the noodles well the pan they brought out was clearly not lo MEIN noodles. It was spaghetti pasta. If I wanted spaghetti I would have ate somewhere else. Went to hibachi for Japanese food. Overall I feel this place is subpar and a disgrace to real authentic Japanese hibachi. To cheap to fix the heating system, to cheap to train the chefs, and to cheap to have authentic food. If there was a rating lower they would have received it. The only reason I tipped them at all was because the waitress was on point.

My husband and I had dinner here for the first and last time last night. so the wait for a seat at the grill was not too bad. The restaurant has no heat and appeared that for summer they only have a portable AC unit. It was so cold inside that I had to stay bundled up in my coat even with the grill. next we each got cocktails from the drink menu that didn't appear to have any alcohol in them at all. Our hibachi "chef" looked very young and not as experienced he did the onion volcano and that was it, there was no show to our dinner. My husband and both ordered steak I was very specific when he asked that I wanted mine cooked rare my husband med rare, we actually had to tell him to flip the steaks to not overcook them and I begged him to take it off as I didn't want mine over, and because of the way he cut it before flipping they were both over Cooked. My husband asked the waitress if they had lo mein noodles and she just told home noodles come with the meal. when the "chef" pulled out the noodles we could see they were spaghetti noodles Not lo mein. when he made The fired rice there was barely any egg and not enough sauce, he also WAY over cooked the shrimp that no one at the table ate more than 1 piece even those of us, me included who had ordered shrimp as part of our meal. finally it annoyed me that 2 of the couples at the table ordered shared plates and they all got the same amount of food as those of us at the table who ordered individual meals. one of the couples who had shrimp and chicken actually got more of each on their own plates than my husband and I did on our own and we were not sharing. I just feel if they are sharing a meal than if my individual meal gets 6 shrimp then they should each get 3 but no I got 6 and they each got 6-7 same with the chicken they actually were given more than my husband who ordered the steak and chicken. all in all with the freezing cold environment, overcooked food, and disproportionate servings we will not be going back.

I really wanted to sit at the Hibachi grill, but the wait was more than an hour, so I sat in the dining area. The service was friendly and fast. I ordered the spring rolls, and while crispy on the outside, they were ice cold on the inside. I also had the Hibachi Chicken. It was served hot, and the amount of chicken, vegetables, and rice was enough for three meals, but it lacked flavor. The Miso soup was the best thing I had. It was warm and flavorful. The inside of the restaurant is due for a bit of an upgrade, IMO.

Went on Valentines Day evening. Got there when they opened, so there was a line. But was sitting at a table within a half hour. Very good food and service!

We had the most delightful Valentine's celebration with dinner at Bella Hibachi! Our server, Summer, delivered our drink orders quickly and our special food requests perfectly. There were a variety of special requests around our table (additional to go orders, dietary requirements, sushi orders along with hibachi grill) and Summer handled every single request with professionalism and a big smile. Ezekial was our hibachi chef and he was amazing! Not only was the food delicious, but he put on quite a show for our entire table. Finally: the hibachi food! It was all fresh, perfectly seasoned, and served with HUGE portions. We literally left with to-go containers with enough leftoevers for three additional meals. We got to Bella's right as they opened the doors for dinner, and there was already a line wrapping the building. It went very fast and now we know why so many people were there. Every part of our experience was wonderful and we are already looking forward to returning!
