In line for drive through 9:25 am, 15 minutes maybe 2 cars moved through. Parked went inside, no one taking orders. People waiting for food. I noticed a family who had walked in when I first arrived in drive thru. They were sitting at a table with drinks no food. 20 minutes had gone by. Watched employees, NO ONE WAS HUSTLING! I left.

You have permanently lost a customer until you get rid of that AI system and put a real person on the drive thru speaker who can actually understand you. I am appalled and disgusted with whoever thought this would be a good idea.
Every time i go there they do not make what i order. The manager said they don't have time to cook well doe bacon. But there taken about 30 dollars of money of which they will not get anymore. I will discourage every person i meet from going to any bogangles. Thank you for taking money and not producing.

This bojangles is awful! We spent about $40 and almost none of our order is correct! And we waited for 30 minutes with only one other car in line! Ordered 2 meals with some extra sides and biscuits and we didn’t receive any of the extra sides or biscuits and only 1 meal was correct. Terrible experience!
