This is the WORST BURGER KING My family and I have ever been to . We walked through door and the smell of human waste hits you in the face . We “6 adults” order our meals it took a longtime to order because the cashier that kept messing up on the orders and she was obviously having a problem with her nose “septer” ring. So then the people behind us starts to order two double cheese burgers and the cashier keeps saying , are you sure ? Don’t you mean double whopper

Says there open till 12, we ordered on the app at 10:56 got there at 11:03 and the lights were turned off but the inside ones were on with the back door open and two cars in the parking lot. We sat there for almost 10 minutes and nobody came to the speaker box. Went to the window and nobody came one was there like they were hiding in the back until we just left. Ridiculous

I had a great experience, customer service was amazing and even after my food was handed to me today (drive-thru) the young gentleman said "I hope God Blesses you with a wonderful day" it's not often that you hear this from the younger generation anymore, it was greatly appreciated and I hope God blesses this Burger King location here in Lenior City and the young man that served me!

Well, from the reviews, it's pretty much said This is the absolute worst customer service in my entire 53 years.
It is filthy uncapped, and they hire the most classless, nasty unkind ghetto, people
I feel like this place should not even be in Lenore city. They have no idea what customer service is. And how to treat people With kindness and to be tasteful and have some class about their selves and there place of employment, I am a nurse that works at fort. Loudon medical center. I work 16 to 20 hour shifts. All I wanted to do was grab a quick meal. That was hot and fresh that I clearly told them. I don't mind the weight I just want it to be fresh. And hot It was only a $5 meal but it was completely cold. I was so tired I didn't even wanna deal with it. I figured going in person would be enough with my receipt. Nothing, absolutely nothing was touched. So I go and ask for a fresh meal. This time I was too tired to actually call and I figured in person would be best. I talked to the manager at the window and all I wanted was to exchange this cold meal for a hot and fresh meal that I paid for already. He treated me like I wanted to steal food which I clearly don't mind paying. I work hard saving lives and I have. Enough money to buy my whole department food. Like what would I want a steal? A $5 meal for mind, boggling. Totally felt insulted.
And I'm like, I could go to any other fast food in Tennessee and would never be treated that way like what is it to you to give me my hot and fresh meal? With my receipt. With no problems asked like, what's so hard about that.. So then I asked for district manager's phone number and I said I wasn't going to move out of the drive through lane until he gave it to me. I wait a couple of minutes and he comes to the door with a sloppy written number that doesn't even make sense.
And a name that wasn't even a name. I said so you're giving me the wrong number so I can get out of your lane.Took it and Left, I go ahead and call the number, taking the chance that may be. It was a real number nope clearly was not. I hope they shut down. Lenore. City, Tennessee, does not deserve to have this type of service And Disgusting everything They show no care in their place in their food. In their customer service or themselves And I'm just appalled that we even have a place like this in our city. And I'm not one to judge jobs. Hey, if any job pays the rent that's good for you, but I'm 50 something years old.
You work here tells a lot about yourself, and what you can get Especially when you're just so ugly inside, no one else would accept you, but a nasty place like this.!!!! I would take Your hard-earned money time. Kindness respect for others.Andrew hunger anywhere else but here!!!!

Well, I went to eat here after a busy day and they had their lobby locked at 8pm. Hours say they are open until 12am. No posted hours anywhere on the door either. My business will happily go elsewhere and stay elsewhere

Every time I go to this location no matter the time or day you sit at the speaker for 5 to 10 mins sometimes more waiting on someone to speak to you even if there in no line & your the only person.. Today I went for dinner at 8pm not a car in the drive through & only 2 in the parking lot & sat at the speaker for over 10 mins with no response whatsoever. Then I drove up to the window where a man inside looked over at me & then rolled his eyes, then continued to ignore the fact that I was sitting there for a few mins so I drove off!! This place has decent food most of the time but the service is horrendous!!

This location has to be the WORST Burger King in the entire U.S., and the WORST service and Management of any fast food franchise in the Country.Where is the owner??? For the Franchisee to allow this location to become this run down and allow his employees to cost him his business... Corporate needs to step in and strip this owner of his franchise !!!The young kid with curly hair and glasses was so rude and handed me my ice tea and said "Drink", and then hand me the bag and say "Food", like he was a caveman. Then I look inside the bag and there were no napkins. So when I asked for napkins, he just starred at me for a few seconds and rudely handed me a few napkins and said nothing. So I parked in their parking lot and discovered that they handed me a chicken sandwich, wrapped in a chicken wrapper, with a sticker that read Fish. I tried 3-times to call them, and they never answered their phone. So I went back inside and there were only two customers inside, and I asked for the manager, and the same kid yelled out loud to the Mgr. "You have another wrong order". Good guess....because I never told the kid what my complaint was about. No one in the entire place was older than 21-yrs. old. My guess is that they've received little to no training and have no regard for their customers. With a 3.7 Google reviews... the owner also doesn't care and allows these unprofessional kids to ruin his business.

Great manager made our experience enjoyable. We just stopped in for a takeout breakfast of ham and cheese croissants and breakfast burritos but left with smiles on our faces and full tummies
