This is certainly not a Long John Silvers and its not even really a poor substitute even. Sometims its not fried proper or thoroughly and half the time they forget to ask if you want any tarter or cocktail sauce so dont forget to ask for them OR mentioning it two even 3 or 4 times til you see them do it

I had ordered a small drink for my grandson, then changed it to a kids size drink, while I was eating, I looked at my receipt, and they didn't take the small drink off my bill, when I brought it up to them, they wouldn't refund me for the small drink, stating they would have to refund the whole meal, then ring it back up, which the refused to do, and to top it off, the fish fillets were questionable if they were completely cooked in the center, I did not finish my meal....

This is the best Captain D’s that I’ve ever ate at. The food was excellent. However, the customer service was amazing. Keena Dawson was my cashier and she has customer service which many do not have anymore. She went above and beyond for my mother and I. We were very impressed at the amount of customer service that we received.
