We drove out of our way to get to this location and are told “we are completely out of all of our grilled items on our menu. The whole restaurant has run out of all grilled nuggets and all grilled patties? How is that possible?

I was in grabbing something quick to eat the other day, and was met by Alisha, the most rude woman ever. Not only did she rush me to order, she was saying rude things over the headset. For a christian company, This should NOT be tolerated there. I will never be coming back if she is present, as a matter of fact, I will be driving out of my way and ordering from the Turkey Creek CFA.

Give me a spicy chicken sandwich any day. I love it. And bring on the milkshakes. Of course Peach is my favorite which is a seasonal. Which makes it even better when you have to wait most of the year before you get another one.

Had the honey pepper pimento meal. Loved it with the waffle cut fries, good meal.
Service and food quality can be hit or miss at this location, drive thru is usually miss. I've had my breakfast order canceled at the last minute during breakfast hours, I am usually missing an item from my order (usually drinks), and they never get my coffee right. Farragut's location might be farther from my home but I'd rather drive to a farther location than experience constant problems with my orders

Usually I’d say the best Chik Fil A I’ve been to. Just had a rude worker refuse to ask a car to pull up a foot so I could squeeze out after I’d received my food. They’ve asked me to do the same before and I gladly did. It’s just common courtesy and sense.

If you work with Door Dash, Uber or Grub Hub be prepared to wave down an employee in order to find your order. They do not put all their orders out when they’re ready. They hide them behind the counters and wait for you to ask. If you do not know this it will in deed cause you to lose money and waste time needed to complete your order. I just waited 15 minutes for a single salad and had to call them in order to find the order that had been ready for 20 minutes because there was a line they needed to address first. It would be smarter and more sufficient if they are going to hide orders to just use the drive thru when it comes to deliveries…

Always fresh food. Fast drive thru. (Review from 5 years ago) 4of5 stars then. That's until today of 8/20/24. Ordered six items. Only got three correct three was listed off. Tried to correct this issue three times still was wrong. Wasn't friendly. Did not say they was sorry because they got the order wrong. Not the Chick-fil-A we have come to know and love. And we did speak to customer service for this lacking experience and they offered us a cookie. A fking cookie.
