This location has the best service of any restaurant in Tennessee. Our waiter came to our table and we gave the drink order. While she was still at our table our drinks showed up. Wow.. Then we ordered and right after got our salad and soup. Fast... As soon as we ate that they took our empty plates and brought us our main course. I can't explain how fast all that happened. Also the ticket was less expensive than the fast food across the street. I will also stop at this Chili's when I'm in the area. Thank you for the great service and food.

My husband and I went for an early lunch and sat right down. Our server, Desiare, was great! She took our order quickly and checked on us several times. I will definitely be back and will ask for her section, if she’s there!

It has been over a year since my husband and I have been to this Chili's. I decided to take a chance today to celebrate our 23 yr anniversary. I am SO GLAD I did! FYI..we did not tell any staff that it was our anniversary. Our waitress (Susan) was the absolute best! She was so attentive, kind, and funny. We never had to ask for anything (not drink refills, to-go boxes, napkins, check...nothing)! She was on top of everything! The manager was also great! She came to our table to see how everything was. We had the Trio sampler (with mozzarella sticks/logs, Southwestern egg rolls, and big mouth bites), I had the steak fajitas, and my husband had the 1/2 rack of ribs, with mac-n-cheese, and fries. EVERYTHING we ate was perfection! They did not disappoint! Thank you so much to everyone at this Chili's location for helping to make my 23 yr anniversary so memorable and great (even though you were unaware that you did)! We will definitely be back alot more often!

We went for the lunch special before 3 p.m. $10.99 for choice of refillable drink, choice of appetizer, burger and fries! We chose the smash burger with fries, I got the incredible chips and salsa for the appetizer and mom got the overflowing wonderful salad. The burger was incredible, thick, juicy and the fries were hot and crispy. Our waitress, Haley was super delightful, attentive, kind and friendly! We got to go drinks along with all our leftovers, Haley even gave us fresh chips and salsa to go. I highly recommend for the lunch special, cheaper than a fast food drive thru.
I highly recommend the mozzarella cheese sticks or more like cheese blocks! The cheese pull is insane! I got the unsweetened tea with dragonfruit, delicious! Again, we got the $10.99 lunch special today, the amount of food is incredible! We always have leftovers to go. Only available before 3 p.m.

Friday night(6/27) my wife and I went to dinner around 7pm. We chose to sit in the bar area as usual and our waitress was mic. We have always had good service here but mic was above and beyond great. She was attentive,kind and on her game. She made sure our drinks never got empty and was checking with us more than most would. She would have great banter with us and was always smiling. I spoke with the manager about mic and let him know how impressed I was with her. Mic if your seeing this thank you for taking care of my wife and I. Excellent job..
