Very disappointed. We have been coming here for years, and this time was just too unacceptable for as much money as we have to spend for the value not to be worth the quality of the food received. I ordered To-Go, and my crispers were thrown into the box with sauce all over it, and then to just dump the fries on top, therefore making them completely soaked in the chipotle honey sauce. Then, my son’s kids cheese pizza was ruined due to just dumping once again the fries on top and being sloppy without caring of presentation. The fries were literally imbedded into the pizza, when I took them off of the pizza, half of the cheese came off with it due to the pizza being covered and fries pressed down into it. This is especially not acceptable as a lot of children do not like food to be done a certain way that have sensory issues and are very picky eaters and will not eat something with it all being thrown together and half ruined. Most likely I will ever return, this is just sad.

Good service, good food
It was just ok. The food was alright, but the cheese fries were way over done. The quesadillas were overdone. The cheese shouldn't be chewy. The server wasn't very attentive. We ran out of drinks a couple times and she split our check wrong even though she confirmed it twice.

Great meal. Service was lacking. Got our food and didn't see the server until she came and got the plates and gave check( well told us we could pay on the machine).

For a chain restaurant there is a local feel with the staff and regular crowd. A lot of staff have been here a long time, giving this Chili's consistency. The service is almost always great and same with the food. Restaurant and bathrooms are kept clean.
