We had a large party with us. Our server was wonderful I believe his name was Travis. He was fabulous. I’ve never been taken such good care of. This was at the Lenoir City, Tn Cracker Barrel. Warm friendly people that work there.

Sad they serve alcohol, changed the menu, once again, remove favorite dish with no substitute. Over all the food was ok. I hope they don’t change the interior but change the peg game back to normal. Wait staff was sweet like usual.

Food was disgusting, soda machine must have been broken because the sodas tasted awful and I had to wait 15 minutes for a new drink. Not the Cracker Barrel I expected

Great hot food, frendly staff. best okra and moist meatloaf. The gift shop was great fun to shop after eating. CB in Lenoir City, TN is one of the best CB.

Made so wonderful purchase. One of them was a man’s couderoy jacket. But when needed to wash we followed all directions and coat frayed.

Nothing we ordered was available. I had chicken and dumplings they had added water to it the okra was cold and hard did not have corn bread. Then some showed up. The cashier was doing my bill then went and started on someone else. Was rude about my receipt. This was Tuesday Dec 10. They were going to gave a Christmas party. Worst food I have ever eaten there

Great customer service. Our host, Daniel set us by the fireplace and he keep the fire well attended. Our server Brenda was very nice and helpful with our menu options. The food as usual was delicious. We had beans and greens with baked potato and fried fish. My wife and I really liked the cornbread muffins. Looking forward to our next visit.

Good food... Service was good... Can get a little crowded at times but hey, its Cracker Barrel!

Wheelchair accessibility: Friend in a Jazzy got in fine... Had to move his vehicle after he rolled out of the van, all spots in the lot were full inc. handicapped

Worst experience we’ve ever had at Cracker Barrel. Cold food, not receiving what was ordered because “we’re out” but was not informed during ordering. Servers were flirting and holding hands in the kitchen area, all while we waited well over 30 minutes for cold food, bottom of the barrel (pun intended)food. 👎

This was the worst experience we have had so far and we love Cracker Barrel. Cold food, out of items but not told upon ordering, only when food arrived. Servers were holding hands and flirting all while we waited well over 30 minutes for cold food and not even getting part of what was ordered.
