I go to this location often. I’ve been meaning to ask this lady’s name but always forget, except the other day I heard someone call her Brandy, so I’m hoping that is correct. She always greets the customers and always has a smile on her face. When she is making the drinks, they taste great and are always consistent. When she’s working drive thru, she’s always very friendly. The other staff is pretty good too. I think his name his Gage and he’s always very friendly. When I’ve gone in the evenings recently, the colored hair girl and younger dark headed young man aren’t nearly as fast or consistent. A lot of times they are goofing off. I like to come in during the morning/day shift.

The staff plays rock, paper & scissor shoot to serve customers, and the loser serves the customer. The young lady with colorful hair who served me did so with a bad attitude, she put more cream than I asked for, so I finished a drink that I didn't like.

I had ordered on the app and I was trying to reload the card and it actually placed the order early. I called the store and Gage answered the phone. He was very friendly about the whole thing and stated they would start them whenever I called. When I called they made them. They did neglect to give him a drink, and when I called back and Gage answered again. Just as friendly and apologetic offering to make it and upgraded the size for our trouble so I can’t fault them. We both made mistakes today.

It is very small inside. I have stopped ordering doughnuts as they never give me the correct one. I usually order powdered sugar with vanilla cream. I always get the regular doughnut with chocolate on top and vanilla cream. I ordered the carmel craze iced, and there is inconsistency every time you order it is made differently. My husband gets a hot carmel craze, and the cup is always slightly half full, and the rest was whipped cream. I do go to Dunkin as I do not go to Starbucks.
