Literally just went through the drive-thru picking up an online order. I typically order from this Duncan at least 2 or 3 times a week, this order was ACCIDENTALLY marked "walk in" when it was placed instead of "drive thru" which normally isn't a big deal anywhere else. But when I picked up this order this older women gave me my food and drink and said, "you do know that walk in orders mean you actually walk inside, this is the last time you will be given walk in food through the drive thru". First of all, the parking lot in the front of the place was empty, the drive thru was not busy so it wasn't like I was bothering her. Secondly, she treated me like this is a pattern that I do constantly. Customer Service like this makes people want to drive across town or even 2 towns over to avoid places and people. I have worked in customer service my entire work life and how she treated me was embarrassing.

Donuts were great, reason for the 4 was they were out of what I wanted. Service was pretty good people were nice and hospitable but not above and beyond for the area. ( So far everyone is incredibly nice ) everyone seemed to enjoy their job. Atmosphere was great! We sat down and enjoyed our donuts, it wasn’t overly loud and the other folks dining were incredibly nice.

Came through about a month ago had a terrible experience so I’ve just been going to Starbucks. Since it’s been a couple months I decided to give them another try. I have been waiting for the cookie butter cold brew so that’s what I ordered this morning around 10AM Nov 1, 2024. To my surprise the quality was just as bad as before if not worse. Here is the drink I got vs as advertised on the menu (pics posted below). The employees need to be better trained rather than just guessing and throwing things together. Will NEVER be back!

Why am I making the food I paid to have made for me . I went through the drive through so I could eat and drive I’m also at work I paid for the convenience of grab and go !! And then I’m asked for a tip haaaaa no never ! This is not the 1 st time this was done just the 1st time I’m posting it .

They serve melted frozen drinks and when you ask them to remake it, they tell you they just made it a few seconds ago and it’ll come out the same. How do you serve someone a melted frozen drink?!

Drive thru is very slow. Incorrect order. Rude unprofessional employees. Drug deals in the parking lot by minors. Will not return! Get it together Dunkin! Master donuts has my business and word of mouth is everything!!

Drove through this morning and had my order in 1 minutes ? and was suggested cream and sugar for my coffee and I liked that, it was quick and she knew what she was supposed to be asking, to the woman working the window hell yeah ?
