They forgot to put espresso in my latte and then gaslit me by saying that caramel lightens the coffee. I’ve worked at Dunkin for 10 years. I know what coffee taste like. I know what it looks like when you hand it to a customer. No one could take accountability for serving me caramel oat milk. I had to watch the manager make it in front of me again. She said usually they don’t do it but she’ll make an exception. They don’t do what? Fix their mistakes? No one can say sorry, I messed up your order. Instead, the customer is wrong?Manager does not have customer service skills at all, and the staff are so scared of her they hide when I mentioned an issue with my order.

They literally gave me a cup of ice and milk and tried to tell me there was espresso in it, after waiting 20 minutes.

One star is too many. The food was awful, and drinks subpar. We used to love Dunkin before experiencing this place, and the people that work there.They had nasty attitudes and looks. Cussing and fussing with each other at top volume the entire hour we were there. We got ugly looks often, making us quite uncomfortable. One donut we got was undercooked, gooey and wet inside. We were told by the no name tag, extremely rude, gray-haired lady employee "it's supposed to be like that, they are meant to be fluffy". I could only reply that it was not fluffy, but gooey, and it could have used a couple more minutes. She had a lot of attitude taking it back and replacing it. The replacement was dry and hard, quite stale.So overall, customer service absolutely terrible. Atmosphere: atrocious. Quality of products: needs much improvement.My daughter was sick from her drink in less than an hour from being here, and had made specific alternative ingredients due to her milk allergies. She suspects that they didn't listen or that the replacement was bad.We will not be back, I will take my business elsewhere.Shut this place down. Even if it was all good I would not come back after hearing the employees loudly state that they had not and never will clean what they were supposed to at closing and that it smelled awful. Employee hygiene and presentation was not impressive either. Barf.

These reviews have to be fake because anyone who goes here knows that there drinks are half fast made don’t taste as they should and always waiting not to mention they load your cup up with ice and under pour Your drinks. If you want to be disappointed and feel scammed this is your place because none of these care about your drink or the service

I gave 3 stars on the food because it seems every time I ordered food, there is something off abt it. I ordered a grilled cheese yesterday. It was toasted on 1 side ?. I added bacon n it was paper thin literally n all 3 slices were piled in the middle of the sandwich. I ordered a bagel a few weeks ago, toasted with cream cheese on the side. I received a cold raw bagel with cream cheese ON the bagel. I checked my ticket 2 b sure it was ordered rite n yes the ticket said what I asked for, but someone apparently just didn't read it. The best 1 yet has 2 b the loaded hashbrowns. I paid $4 for 7 hashbrowns with a tiny amount of cheese n 1 piece of paper thin bacon torn into like 3 pcs all tossed into a bowl.? U get more hashrounds from Hardee's for less money. Iv included pics for reference. When I get food that looks like this, I take pics becuz there have been several times that someone has questioned my honesty when I informed them of screw-up. I don't think many people would b any more happy than I was if they received this food. I really try not 2 complain becuz I know what it's like working in that atmosphere n understand things happen. I also dont particularly want 2 go back n most times can't go back 2 get what I originally ordered. Does anyone want 2 make 2 trips somewhere, just 2 get a correct order? I have called 2 nicely inform them of the screw-up n just suggest they pay closer attention. Of course, they take offense n say I can drive back a 2nd time n I tell them no thanks. The reply I got was, so what do u want me 2 do abt it? I just want someone 2 pay closer attention ? Otherwise, I do like n appreciate the app. I like the drinks n being able 2 order n pay ahead on the app. It makes things ez'r n in some ways faster. This is just my experience, n my opinion. When it comes 2 ? I have 2 b honest n say Krispy Kreme is hard 2 beat, especially with the hot off the roller donuts ?

Came through at 9:30 on a Friday. I understand they close at 10 but telling a customer they can't order somthing because they already started to break down for the night is horrible. Then having the customer order somthing else and telling them they have to wait a while because the machine they use is cleaning? Why are they cleaning a machine that they would be using till 10? Sad to say but I'll take my buissness else where.
