I wanted to take a moment to thank Dante the manager at Firehouse in Lenoir City, TN for his excellent service. When our company placed an online order there was no option to select a date and time, it placed it for immediate pickup. There was no way to cancel or change the delivery or time. Dante took the time to personally deliver the order to us the next day when it was needed. This is above and beyond what any other manager does for their customers. He is an exceptional manager! Thanks, Dante, for your help and your understanding that this was an issue that needed correcting.

I went there after work got the the Thanksgiving sub, it was really good, it was a wait looks like only one guy making the sandwiches but he was really nice and worth the wait

I was there yesterday for lunch and it was jam packed and the line was out the door! It took a little longer due to the volume of people and orders but it was worth the wait. The employees were apologetic for the wait time but I know they were doing their best all things considered. You guys are awesome!!

On my birthday my company attempted to buy me lunch from Firehouse Subs in Lenoir City, Tn. in which we placed the order of 17 subs and a total of $409. Soon after placing the order Firehouse cancelled the order due to lack of wanting to work, to make money......who knows. Anywho pretty pathetic a business would turn down profit this day in age considering how well bidenomics is working out.

Declined our order for 14 subs. Ruined lunch for everyone because that charge is going to stay on the card for a few days. (that prevents us from ordering from anywhere else) Thanks firehouse.

This place is always clean, friendly, and efficient. But that's not why I go here. I go here because they have the best darn meatball subs!! They do NOT disappoint!

Order was a meatball sub through door dash. Asked for no pickle. Received No pickle No meatballs and No cheese. Called to ask and was told they can't do anything cause that's what the ticket said. Rechecked DD receipt and all it says is no pickle.

The management staff at this location is top tier! They listen to your concerns, fix anything that needs fixed and are courteous while helping their customers. The management team alone is why I will be returning to this location.

THE EMPLOYEES ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING... 10 STAR PEOPLE!!! I asked about my birthday sub and discovered I didn't claim it in time and they all wished me a happy birthday and were so nice and helpful ? I dont think I have ever seen a better group of people ❤❤❤ I adore them all!!! Today was not going very good and then just made it better!! They even cut my sub into thirds for me!! I will definitely be coming back to this firehouse for the people as well as the food!! ABSOLUTELY made my day! I hope they see this and know they did something so sweet by just being good people! Also the hook and ladder was the best one I have had in years! Thank you guys for making today a great day by saying happy birthday!!! ❤❤❤
