I wanted to take a moment to thank Dante the manager at Firehouse in Lenoir City, TN for his excellent service. When our company placed an online order there was no option to select a date and time, it placed it for immediate pickup. There was no way to cancel or change the delivery or time. Dante took the time to personally deliver the order to us the next day when it was needed. This is above and beyond what any other manager does for their customers. He is an exceptional manager!...

I was there yesterday for lunch and it was jam packed and the line was out the door! It took a little longer due to the volume of people and orders but it was worth the wait. The employees were apologetic for the wait time but I know they were doing their best all things considered. You guys are awesome!!

The management staff at this location is top tier! They listen to your concerns, fix anything that needs fixed and are courteous while helping their customers. The management team alone is why I will be returning to this location.
