My wife and I came to this Freddie's for the first time and the service and food was absolutely horrible. The food was cold, and our fries and thrown in the bag upside down. Cheese curds were unavailable. And the little guy who worked the drive-thru window was very rude. Needless to say we will not be returning back to this Freddie's. We have been to other Freddie's and it was excellent.

We drove from Maryville to eat at FREDDY'S FROZEN CUSTARD & BURGERS. The food was very good. We loved the fries and the fish sandwich was perfect. Try the Turtle Frozen custard, best dessert ever. !!!

See photo. This was my shake after the 15 minute drive home (theres about an inch of the straw sticking in the shake). More soft serve than "shake". No way that would move through a straw.. Even the garden hose size straw they provide. Looking on the site they describe the ingredients in their "shake" as more premium than a true milkshake but it tastes more like the golden arches product than a true milkshake.Hot dog was.. Ok. Onion rings decent. Wife liked her sundae.Busy and understaffed during busy times (and I think they were having problems with the vanilla). Having said that, the staff were all hard working, calm and polite.I'll search elsewhere for a true old fashioned milkshake.

I came through the drive-thru around 9:30 ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce tomato and Mayo then set in the line waiting forever just to get it and then I pull up to the parking lot out front to check my food afterwards and there's no tomato on my sandwich so then I go in to be like hey can I get a tomato and the ladies rude as hell and she's like we're out and I was like well I wish I would have known that before I ordered the sandwich because that's the whole reason I like it is because of the Tomato on it maybe I'm just being over dramatic but Jesus Christ tell people that you're out of stuff before they order food that would be like ordering a burger and then saying they don't have onions pickles and lettuce when you wanted it on your burger and that's what you paid for

Great burgers and great onion rings. But as always the desserts are the best part. Always had great consistent service with no issues. Also try the Freddie's seasoning on the fries it's great.
Sign says Hot, Fresh and Cooked to Order. Our fries were cold and stale...and the restaurant was busy! Hamburger was cold too. Hubby's chicken was warm. Sweet tea wasn't sweet.
