The food was great, but a coupon that was printed in the papers had a 1 dollar maple biscuit in it. When trying to use it, staff wouldn't honor it since it was a mis print. If it was in the paper, I think it should've been honored anyway

I had the best biscuit yesterday at Hardee’s lenoir city! It was light and fluffy and the service I received was fast and friendly from ms. Kim, she was very knowledgeable of the menu and even made recommendations! She is a true asset to this Hardee’s team! I would highly recommend this Hardee’s to everyone!

Came in this morning around 7:45am Friday February 14th! I can in this morning to buy my wife some breakfast and I got me an omelette biscuit, let alone it being heart shaped which is amazing everything was perfect and fresh. My favorite Hardee’s other than Athens on Congress prkwy! Thank you ladies and gentlemen, happy Valentine’s Day!!!!
As a trucker I was able to relax & e joy my breakfast.

I’ll tell you this , the workers who’s working morning shifts there are smoking something. Watched this lady put my to go order on a tray, then in a bag 3 different times . After I’d already told her it was to go 2 different times.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Hardee's. Would not honor my daughter's discount because she was standing in line beside me. One per customer was their excuse. Not sure how my child and I became the same person but do better! The fact that I had to listen yo everyone pass blame over a Doordarsh order being open was not the most professional way to handle things. Will Never Be Back Here!

I've been to this location many times through the years and never had any problems. Usually a breakfast stop, but my partner and I decided to have lunch there and when we walked in the 2 employees behind the counter were arguing about something work related. That should have been a clue for us to go somewhere else, but we stayed, unfortunately. One of the two arguing took my order. My partner got his food fairly quickly, but I was there for over 18 minutes (we timed it). There were at least 5 people behind that counter and at one point 4 people in line but none of the staff came to the counter. People walked back and forth but never approached the counter. Waited longer and finally nabbed one lady and showed her my receipt. My partner was a bit rude, but we had been waiting almost 25 minutes at this point and my lunch break is 30 minutes. There was never an apology. She tried to explain the time to me, but watching the staff I could tell real quick it was poor time management and they were more focused on closing than they were at serving. This was at 12:30 and they close at 2. I will never be back for lunch. Maybe breakfast, but never lunch. And I think that's what the staff wants anyway.
