Pulled into the drive thru and the person taking my order was rude and acted as if I was inconvenience them by order food keep in mind I was respectful I understand working sucks but you can’t be rude to a paying customer. To top it off there is nobody in the restaurant eating and I’m the only person in the drive thru and they’re not busy so i shouldn’t be a problem but they sure made it seem that way I recommend staying away from the Hardee’s in lenoir city this isn’t the first time this has happen just different situations but same location!!

Just letting everyone know I do not recommend anyone to work at this Lenoir City TN restaurant unless you want to be falsely accused of sleeping with the boss lady or anything else horrible I should know I was a victim to this #stopfalselyaccusing

Decide to go to this location, haven't been in some time. At the drive thru menu board was greeted by a very negative attitude and at the drive thru window it was the same. It was 630pm and it sounded like they were ready to close then and did not want to help . Did not get a receipt food was luke warm and fries were hot but not cooked properly and were just mush. My wife's 3pc chicken tender look more like nuggets. My minster burger wasn't as fresh as it should have been. Now I understand why you close so early at this location and will have to decide if I ever go back.

This place has had no tea since October.I but the breakfast Burrito and some of the line cooks roll it like a freaking hot pocket and it sucks that way all the Tortilla it's 5 layers thick that way.

Lady working the register didn't seem friendly to me after I asked for my food made fresh because those biscuit sitting in the heat box are always nasty place was dirty no one cleaning the front.Food was good !

As someone in the service industry, it is clear to me they really need one person at each station... as it is now they get the job done but it takes forever. If one person is at a station focused on tbe task they need instead of everyone trying to do said task, it would be so much more efficient. Not to mention faster.

At 630am in the morning you should be able to get a FRESH HOT BACON EGG CHEESE biscuit. Not one that's semi luke warm that tastes microwaved heated left over from the day before.Hardee's you need to do ALOT Better than this. Won't be back till some improvements happen. Sad I remember how Good you all use to be

I ordered a mushroom Swiss meal with no bun due to dietary restrictions. The person taking my order had a rude tone when I ask that it not be low carb with the lettuce wrap but rather just in a container. Then, when I received my order, I got down the road, went to eat it, and realized the fries were missing. Went back to get a refund just bc I was over the whole experience and was told I could only get a refund for the fries. I hadn't taken a drink or a bite of the food at this point. I could hear a gentleman in the back going on about "what could have been messed up it was just a piece of meat, 2 slices of cheese, and mushroom sauce?" Rather than just get a refund for my fries, I decided to just take the fries and leave. It doesn't matter what someone orders or what the can't eat. Customer service should be priority and the meal should be complete when handed off to the customer. There was no need for an attitude or snide remarks.Dietary restrictions: Gluten intolerance
