Jersey Mike's Subs

April came into our lives about a year ago. She made the difference as an employee and got her manager engaged to stock ketchup. Now she is the manager at the store here in Lenoir city Tennessee.
She is the Best!

I guess it's Biden/Harris nomicks at work. My sub had nothing in common with the pictures they post of their subs. Seemed like mostly bread. For another 5 bucks I could go to a regular restaurant. Sorry. Elections have consequences

I have loved Jersey Mike's for years. They put one in Oak Ridge several years ago and I would stop there often. I was really excited when the opened the one here in Lenoir City and it was great....for a while. The last couple of subs have been terrible! You would have to use a micrometer to gauge the meat thickness. All I tasted was bread with a hint of provolone. I don't know if this is a Corporate decision to drastically reduce the meat or just this franchise owner. I know I won't be back to this location but will probably try Oak Ridge to see if this is the new norm!

Cold and hot subs! Bread, just right. Speed excellent. Employee drama? Yes. Subs? Incredible. A very good representation of Philly cheese steaks. They are gooey and flavorful. All the ingredients are fresh. Just amazing, even the cookies.

Had an absolutely unhinged experience in this location today. Ordered a sandwich online on gluten free bread. Arrived on time to pick up my order and it wasn’t ready. I waited ten minutes and then politely inquired and was told it would be a few more minutes. After 20 more minutes they brought me a bag with a tray in it consisting of a pile of meat and cheese. I asked “what is this?” They said “we’re out of gluten free bread.” They hadn’t planned to tell me that… they were just going to send me out the door with a tray of meat and cheese. Nothing remotely resembling the sandwich I had ordered and no refund for the gluten free bread ($3.00 upcharge) offered.

I asked for a refund and no one in the store knew how to process one on account of the fact that no one in the store had worked there more than 2 weeks. After calling the district manager, I finally left with a refund, no food, and forty five minutes of wasted time. Not even so much as an apology.

Will avoid this store and all Jersey Mike stores going forward.
