My husband and son picked up a bucket of chicken and sides. The gravy was horrible. It looked like black coffee. It was like water. When I called the so called Manager, a young kid. He said, “Thats how they make their gravy!” I posted it on Facebook-everyone was shocked!

Like most people I have been to several KFC locations. I do have to say this is the best. The store was extremely extremely clean. Biscuits perfectly cooked. And oh my gosh the crust on the chicken is amazing. SO much better than other locations I have been too. Thank you for taking care of this location I can tell there's a lot of heart in this one.

Went to order 12 meals and the manager said they couldn't don't that. They didnt have enough chicken . I have never been to a fast food place that couldn't fill my order or want to. This manager didnt want to. Ended up going somewhere else and will not be returning to that location at all

Just wanted to drop a review for this kfc. I've ate here once and the people were nice and the food was good. I came back a 2nd time but it was for an Uber eats delivery and they had told me it'd be a few minutes for the customers order as they just put in the chicken. The real reason I wanted to leave a review was because when the lady told me that, she kindly offered me a drink while I waited. I thought it was a very kind gesture so I wanted to leave this review.

It seems the French Fries are not that big a hit. I say this because I had cold and hard fries in my purchase. I had also ordered an Original Recipe Breast and it was tepid at best. There was NO one in this place at 4:45PM and no one at drive thru. I understand it is not economical to have fresh food every minute but this is not what anyone expects at KFC....expensive Zaxby is near by so perhaps they don't care anyomore.
I waited 20 minutes inside and was then told no original recipe. Shame on you GM and DM

They never get a takeout order correct. Always double check before leaving with your order. Plus they usually don’t start processing your order until you arrive to pick it up…been my experience on last 2 app orders
