Upon entering and going to the counter, we were greeted with “Yes”, no how can I help you or even a hello. Her shirt even said “team trainer”. Then they automatically attempted to charge me for large, that I didn’t want. The manager is the back was rushing around while every other worker was taking their time. I didn’t even think it was worth it to order more. I asked for mayo during ordering to be added and it was not. I also had just DROP of mustard.

My first time there and I loved it! I just had the standard Krystal with cheese and ended up eating 15 over the course of two days. They don't have Krystals or White Castle out here on the west coast and I really wish they did.

Heres the deal, you either like Krystal or you don't. I love em, but the cost of Krystals is downright absurd. They would do better to lower the price. Not many Krystals around like they used to be. Lower your prices.. if nothing else to save the business.

Just ate at K.7:50pm. Ordered 2 k with chili, med drunk. Suppose to be senior deal??K had q pickel,a bit of mustard,& buns was smashed but hot. We ask order guy if was senior deal. Yes he stated. WAS $13?? Outrageous!!! 2 guys,1 woman who did grill. Both guys seemed to be high. The one guys with sling built beard,multiple tattoos was begging & just casually going along in conversation about sticky head shaven bald guy was talking about some woman In appropriately & trying to sing "Girls just want to gave fun". He is the one seemed very high on????.we used to come to K periodically but anyone who reads this knows why mo s t of us don't bother any more. I wish all fast food places would go under. The food is thrower together too high price,& inappropriate untrained help. America is SO GREEDY to not make wage livable for waiters,waitresses it is a SHAME. SHAME ON OWNERS WHO DO THIS!!!

Stopped by and got a huge order, 24 burgers 12 chicken sandwiches and 3 family fries. They were very busy to begin with, but never complained about my order. They went above and beyond to make sure our food was fresh! They only had 4 people working the whole restaurant and let me just say the team work they had was unbelievable!
