The guy was LITERALLY putting sandwiches together with no gloves, it was obvious that none of those employees working day shift on Aug.5th care even a little bit. All I ask is enforce being clean when handling people food. Simple.

Just to preface this; I never have high standards for fast food, but the line has to be drawn somewhere. I have never had a worse experience at any Krystal. To kick things off, my sliders were cold all the way through. They had no onion, and even worse... no pickle. On top of that, all five were cold. The cheese wasn't melted, and the buns were cold. If that wasn't enough of a disappointment, two bites into my chili cheese fries, I pulled about 6 inches of blonde hair out of my mouth. As I went to rinse my mouth out with the lemonade that I thought for sure would help the situation, nope. It had almost no flavor at all... I don't typically complain about fast food, but for the price of a sit-down restaurant meal, I am flat-out appalled.
