I don’t usually have any issues at the Lenoir City location. But today….it was terrible. The counter was full of boxes. Multiple tables were dirty. It wasn’t busy at all and there seemed to be plenty of staff that someone could have cleaned up. The meals we received were not good at all. The tater tots were hard, chewy and cold. Almost like they were made the day before. The corn pups were burnt on the ends and cold. The burger buns were super soggy. Very disappointed. Probably will not go back.

The food was ok. The service was slow...if you can't take but 1 order at a time you shouldn't be on a register!! Every time we stop here it's one thing or another so we won't be back. I hope you can get your act together for your locals cause if your interstate customer's knew what they were getting, they would ride right on by to the next exit.

I was moved forward because she was supposedly making fresh chicken. Four cars got their food behind me. My food wasn't fresh when I got it, and one sandwich was ridiculously smaller than the other. Even the sprite was nasty. That meal was not worth $10.

Stopped in here to grab food for the family on our road trip. Place didn't seem very clean and the cashier had an attitude. Didn't even get the correct items we ordered and it was way over priced for the quality.Kid-friendliness: No kids friendly meals offered. Besides maybe the chicken sandwiches. But for younger children it's not really ideal for an on the road meal

The only thing going for this place was the overworked manager that was busting his hump because he was short staffed. The place needs updating and that takes money. The lobby was closed after we ordered because the drive thru was busy. Food is what it is. A scrappy burger deserves a cheap price. When my 8 year old grandson won't eat the food, somethings wrong.

Not very clean , employee taking up the only stall in the restroom and not using it . Burgers tasted freezer burnt , the fries were ok , and the lemonade was basically water . We were traveling and doing different fast food throughout the journey and this was the worst we had .

Over $40 for only 10 chiks?? There is no reason for them to be so expensive! I can eat for less at a fancy sit down restaurant. Also, the place was dirty and I had to wait 10 minutes for my food. Unexceptional for what was once a budget friendly place.
Krystal's is a place that you can expect about the same food and service at any location. Food is pretty good and service is ok...I will say that a employee at this location named Kevin did step it up to make the experience better than most!! They also offer wifi in case your wanting to surf the web while eating. Also Krystal's is hands down better than White Castle!!
I had heard so much hype about this chain and as I came across one decide to stop well. I ordered the three pack combo of bacon cheeseburgers, and when I've been into it, I thought something is really strange about this burger, so I opened it up and looked at the burger part of it. It's on a tiny roll with a pickle, bacon cheese, mustard, and hamburger patty, the hamburger patty is as thin as the slice of cheese that's on it. It also has a strange color that does not have any likeness to any hamburger meat I've ever eaten. The fries that came with the combo were actually pretty good. They were larger fries, cut square and, the other products that are on the menu are really good, but I was very disappointed in the burger, especially after it had been so hyped up by friends to me.
