Went through the drive thru and was told it would be 2-3 minutes for a fresh cheese pizza. Pulled up and waited 16 minutes before finally going in. They then continued to have their own conversation and pull a cheese pizza out of the warmer and hand it to me. 20 mins for one cheese pizza. No other cars in the drive thru and no one waiting.

If you are supposed to open till 10pm stay open till 10 pm. We drive all the way there and went in drive through only to find staff out back telling us they are closing early. It wasn’t even 9:30pm. Do better!!!

Walked in at 9:05 asked for a sausage pizza was told they can’t do custom orders after 9 o’clock. Said that I can order a pepperoni pizza. Seriously, it will take the exact same amount of time. I swear people are so lazy nowadays! absolutely ridiculous… edit so I went on online and ordered it there. Stay tuned. I’ll let you know what happens next.

Over time the service has become worse and worse. I order a pizza on the app and still have to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for the pizza. Most the time my orders for light sauce recieve the exact opposite treatment as well being extremely saucy. Going to a different little Caesars that's farther away would be faster than going to this one and you would receive better food as well.

for starters we ordered online 35 minutes before we got there and set to be ready at 9.15 when we got there it wasn't ready, every singlele employee was waddling around with there phone out laughing and cussing at each other , they had no hairnet or gloves, then strugled to get 4 or 5 different pizzas out before ours , then finally got ours 25 mins after 9:15. finally we got home with our food the crazy bread had no seasoning buter garlic , nothing just plain bread.

They definitely need to be a little faster. I placed my order online at 6:45 pm and said it was going to be ready by 7:03 pm. I went in to pick it up and they didn’t give me my order until 7:32pm.
