Last year, I would have given it negative 1 star. The service has improved over last year, and the new staff is a tremendous improvement. Much nicer, quick, and polite. They don't have many of the hot and ready items they list on the menu. Mostly just peperoni and cheese pizzas, crazy bread, and cheesy bread. No thin crust or supreme for hot and ready any time I have gone. I am deducting 2 stars for this reason. The other options listed for hot and ready should be available...

Waited at the drive thru window for five minutes without anyone coming to check and see what we wanted. I had already paid online so I wanted to get my food. After that I went around and walked inside. The guy working the counter came up and made it all good. Even gave us a nice promotional cup for waiting. Kept me updated on the food and apologized about ten times.

The food is good but it's very dependent on who cooks it tend to way over cook their pizzas or not enough ingredients but very dependent on the cook plus they do promotional stuff that requires a receipt but they never give you a receipt.
