The food is always nice and fresh. The only complaints I have; the app never works with the Papa Tracking and whenever I order and do the no contact dropoff, they either set it outside and never text me to tell me it is out there even after requesting they do so and bugs will get it or they will continue to knock on the door until someone answers, which wouldn't be bad if I didnt work from home and could leave my desk whenever.

Pizza was undercooked. I called to let them know and was told that was not possible as the oven had been overcooking everything. No apology, no offer to replace and no customer service. I emailed a complaint and the reply was short, curt and accused me of lying. From now on I'll be order from Papa John's in Kingston or Domino's in Loudon as I have received excellent product and service from both.

Order a pepperoni pizza for my 8 year old son and when it finally comes a hour later it's a cheese pizza my son won't eat. Call the store the girl was incredibly rude left me on hold for 15 minutes hoping I'd hang up and they wouldn't have to deal with me for them to tell sorry even though it clearly says on receipt on box pepperoni pizza theres nothing we can do and hangs up on me. I'll never order from this place again, it's disgusting how I was treated after paying nearly 30 dollars for a pizza

FYI when tipping either online or in store, DO NOT just click on the percentage you want to tip. Click other and do the tip manually. I found out yesterday that the 15% was actually over 25%

We opened our pizza to a live cockroach. Waiting to see if they'll even bother to reply to my email.
Ordered the new "NY Style" pizza. One of the most disgusting pizzas we've ever tried to eat, most went in the trash. Talked to the manager on the phone and he was rude and totally unwilling to give a hoot. Cannot recommend this menu item or this location in Lenoir City.

Quality has gone down. This used to be one of my favorite spots to get pizza and I don’t think I will be ordering here again. There was a DISGUSTINGLY long hair baked into our pizza which ruined everyone’s appetite. I understand stuff happens, but that doesn’t make it any less gross.
