Stopped in for the first time and the food was really really good!!! The main salsa could be a little thicker but the green sauce at the salsa bar was excellent!!! Everything tasted good!! They could adjust the lighting inside the restaurant to feel less like a cafeteria, way too bright and cold feeling!! Otherwise a good experience, we will definitely be back!

This place is amazing. It has a family atmosphere with its closeness style. The staff is very friendly, the food is amazing, and the drinks are great! Drink specials everyday! They also have a drive through! I highly recommend this place

So really this a 4.5 star . We were pretty impressed overall. Good margaritas, great food presentation, awesome mole sauce and servers were friendly and helpful. We liked the food but not really in love with the beef mix they used for tacos and such. Would like to see more burrito combinations. We would eat there again.Good place.

We tried to give Rita's a chance and couldn't get through it. To start, when you walk in it feels like a fast food restaurant, nothing but cheap flimsy tables/chairs and three booths. This is fine if I'm paying fast food prices, but it's far from.
The only food we tried were the chips and salsa. Granted, this is much left up to personal preference, but I enjoy thin hot chips at a restaurant. At Rita's, you will get extra thick cold chips. If that's your thing, you'll like them.
What has compelled me to write the review is again, three booths in the whole restaurant. The only other guests in the place were in 2 booths and an employee sitting in the third one watching a soccer game on his phone. Aggravating, but ok. They sat us next to the employee and the volume of this soccer game was louder than the music being played in the restaurant; it was so ridiculous, we couldn't even comfortably communicate. This combined with nothing on the menu looking overly appetizing, we paid for our sodas and left. This place is definitely a one and done. I'll stick to El Barrel in Maryville, best around!

I asked for an extra few minutes to look at the menu and given a whole 30 seconds. The server could not understand the menu and what my wife was asking to eat from the app menu. She was having a hard time on what my wife wanted to eat. I got nothing due to rush me and wife. I will not be back. They was like one other table
