Me and my wife love this hidden gem. There seems to be a lot of Mexican restaurants in Lenoir City, and we always go to Rita's. The food is always on point and the service is great. We're surprised they don't know us by name yet.

Staff is attentive and accommodating. Food comes out quickly and is delicious!

They charged us prices double what the menu prices were. Could find bottled beer that was in plain sight. Overcharged for everything. One shot of Crown Royal was $14. Waitresses were clueless, we had to get up to show. Avoid like the plague. Rip off artist. Took 4 times to get the ticket priced right!!

Stopped in for the first time and the food was really really good!!! The main salsa could be a little thicker but the green sauce at the salsa bar was excellent!!! Everything tasted good!! They could adjust the lighting inside the restaurant to feel less like a cafeteria, way too bright and cold feeling!! Otherwise a good experience, we will definitely be back!

The food is too expensive and plus the combination is not good so mad the taste was nasty

Main dishes were delish. My husband ordered a chicken chimichanga and I ordered tamales chilangos. Super yummy. Salsa was bland and queso wasn’t as thick as we like. Overall a good dining experience. Restaurant was clean and service was sufficient.

Oh my gosh! You have got to try their birria quesadilla, taco or pizza. It’s like a roast type meat with cheese on a tortilla, so good. Texas margaritas are perfect

Service was great. And they made me the most delicious vegetarian fajitas with added pineapple. My husband said his burrito Rita (beef) was good, too.

I was very excited to try this place based on their interesting menu! Birria pizza and hot dogs?! Definitely not your cookie cutter Mexican menu in Tennessee, which already gave the place a bit of soul. Sadly, the chips were the most stale I've ever had at any restaurant in my life, and the salsa had barely any flavor. The queso was alright; barely any heat to it, but I know that's what some people prefer. The entrees we ordered were delicious, and the portions were large for the price though! Service was alright; it seemed they just had one server, who was very sweet and friendly, but it felt a bit understaffed. Not a bad Mexican restaurant for this part of the world.

We were really happy! I was surprised at the array of truly authentic Mexican food! I wanted sopes but the chef that makes them was off today!! What the……. Not only do they have sopes they are also made in house!!! So I hade instead a bowl of my favorite pozole and it was great served with all the traditional garnish. The man had a combo plate and was happy with his tamale and taco! I saw a review were someone complained of a language barrier but in my opinion that’s probably a life long Taco Bell patron as I had no trouble speaking to or understanding the servers. Place was super clean( I am one of those ! I check the health score floors walls and ceilings). We got too full to have the Flan but I willl save room next Wednesday. I don’t live close but I am in that area every Wednesday and I will be back many times! Thanks for the great experience
