The menu is more like a recipe for diabetes than it is anything else. The service is atrocious, and my steak, if you could even call it that, came out well done after I ordered it cooked medium. She requested it be remade, but after waiting 20 minutes, I just walked out. I can see why this chain is going broke.

the food was really good but as for the service it sucked the girl that was wanting on us should have not been there she was too busy on her cellphone cussing and talking loudly that we were hearing her from the back kitchen out in the eating area and we did not appreciate the cussing in front of the customer and bring her personal problems to work for too work for us hear we don't plan to be coming back to this place because of that. this happened on Monday 08-04-25 between 230 and 330 pm this was at lenoir city tn. location

Ordered a med rare steak came out rare took it back and it had not been put on the grill. Came back the same way two times. The steak was very thick so dont put it on the hottest part of the grill to cook. Also the steak knifes were dirty very dirty.
Update after the company came out of bankruptcy which they should have never reopened this restaurant back up. Today wife & I decided to give them another try as they advised a better restaurant plus better menu which is the only plus for them. Ordered a medium rare sirloin steak and fries wife ordered salad bar which hers was good. Now the steak came out medium plus fries were cold so it went back. They must had to dress the cow cause it took 15 mins to get back to us. The steak still was not medium rare but I was over it so I ate it. This is one of the main reasons plus covid they went bankrupt. I have ate at restaurants all over the usa and ruby Tuesday is in the top 20 worst restaurants to eat at. From my perspective this restaurant chain needs trained cooks with a back ground in culinary training in order to get behind a grill. They hire anything off the street to cook. Don't waste your money at this chain till they can find a better way to train their cooks plus a buyer that buys Angus feed steaks instead of lower end steaks. You want your restaurants filled up then buy better steaks and better seafood. I'm sure they will go down the same trail again

It was awesome being able to go to Ruby Tuesday! We haven't had one in our town in awhile! This Ruby Tuesday is amazing! I love the salad bar! Everything was fresh and had plenty of options! Service was fast! Food was amazing! The restaurant is clean! Everything about this Ruby Tuesday is phenomenal! Highly recommend!
