We went last night October 10th around 8pm. We stopped for dinner during our long drive home and everything was just terrible. The bartender was quick to seat us which was great. But it took a long while, probably close to 10 minutes to get greeted. There were only two other tables and the other server was taking care of the other table so I dont see why the server or anyone took so long to greet is. . As someone sho has served myself for over 10 years, AND I've been a restaurant manager, that alone was reason enough for us to leave but we kept waiting because we were hungry. Then when she finally took our drink orders, once again it took far too long to get drinks at our table. The only other table this server was taking care of was right behind us. As someone who as served, I would expect that if you stopped and took care of one table you should make your rounds and check on your other tables too. But no, this server was as if she only took care of one table at a time. Wouldn't even look our direction when she walked by. Even when my husband needed a refill she OFFERED the refill and never brought it. What sent us to the edge is us being there an hour and when we FINALLY got our food it was tremendously bad. My catfish soggy and falling apart and not cooked all the way. My husbands philly was a disgrace. Barely lukewarm, the cheese looked like just a slice of kraft cheese not even melted, the portion was small the fries were terrible. It was embarrassing I wish I took a photo. Definitely NOT restaurant quality. I'm pregnant, cannot be eating food not cooked all the way through, and to see my husbands plate we just decided this stop was not worth it. The manager was understanding and didn't charge us for the food, but good grief, either this was just ine bad night or this location needs some shaping up. We dont live in the area but we definitely dont ever plan on coming back.

We eat here every few weeks but the restaurant appears to be closed and not currently operating. It looks like they had a water leak or some sort of structural mishap. Hopefully they will reopen after repairs are made. I would call and confirm if they are open before making plans to eat there.

I ordered the garden bar and took some potato salad. The potatoes had the skin on them and I was literally eating dirt like the potatoes were never washed. Not acceptable!

My favorite salad bar restaurant but has gone way downhill. Standard items ( spring lettuce, etc) were missing , and staff was not friendly at all.

I ate lunch with my family today at this location for the first time in about a year. I’ll be the first to say that there have been some issues in the past, but there has obviously been dramatic change. The food was amazing, the staff was exceptional, and the manager greeted every table with care. What a dressing experience!

Chef Derek obviously cares about the food he is preparing. The chicken was cooked to order-it was moist and correctly cooked. Fantastic experience at the bar as well with Andrea. Even met the manager. This place is a welcome change from overpriced and underdelivering food that you get other places. I will DEFINITELY come back.
Pretending to be a different restaurant under the name “Ridiculous Burgers” so that you’ll order from them because let’s be real, no one actually likes Ruby Tuesdays anymore. It’s fraud and disgusting. They also charge higher prices on the Ridulous menu than on RT but it’s the same food!!

Seated fast . Salad bar was fresh. They refilled the items quickly. The sticky ribs appetizer is one of our favorites. The fried mushrooms are new. I think they have too much breading on them but the flavor was good. My husband usually gets the blackened tilapia and he said this was the best he's ever had anywhere. Server was very attentive.

Charlie the Bartender is awesome made great margaritas! Justin came by and talked with us! Very friendly! Highly recommend this place! We are from Ohio and they closed all of the ones in ohio! Keep this one going people!
