I had not been to a Ruby Tuesaday in a while, but i thought we would try them again. We ordered steak and potatoes. It's not worth the money. It should have come with a salad or broccoli for the price. We also had the fish and chips. The fish was very greasy, and they only had a few fries. The salad bar was old, also not worth the money. I will not be back.

The salad bar had food items everywhere around the containers. We went for the salad bar, I ordered soup and it was not the normal Ruby Tuesdays broccoli and cheddar. Was not good! The bathroom was terribly dirty. The restaurant was just nasty. And it sounded like a manager was yelling at the wait staff.

Worst dining experience in years. Came in a slow hour when there about 3 customers. Grumpy hostess/waitress said everything was dirty and to sit down and wait until she cleaned a table. Waited 15 minutes. Brionn, who was the best part about this place, saw us and found something for us. She was awesome.We waited a very long time for our food. Had the carbonara which was old and dry. The inside of all my peas were hard. I guess they are dehydrated?Wife's dish was missing zucchini which is her favorite part. Waitress was sweet and said let me bring out the manager. We figured she would bring out a fresh entree, or at least a good helping of zucchini. Instead she brings out a plate of 5 little zucchini slices. I tried not to laugh...I guess there is a national zucchini shortage. Maybe they have a strict veggie policy here haha.
Charlie is always a pleasure to make you feel very welcome. She is the reason I come to Ruby's in Lenoir City. A great bartender to welcome your guest.
