Let me just say that these folks are amazing. I give 10 stars to Denise. With very little assistance, she took care of 46 guests and was still smiling. She never missed a beat from drinks to removing dishes to bringing more silverware and napkins.The salad bar was fresh and well-stocked and restrooms were very clean. Also, parking is plentiful.I plan on making this a frequent stop while traveling, personally and professionally.:) Joy

The food there is normally good and fresh but this time, it seemed like it had been sitting there for 2 days. We went about 2:30 so it should have been fresh. The girl at the register asked how everything was, but was too distracted so she didn't pay attention to us saying it wasn't that good today. She literally said "good". I hope next time will be better or I won't be back.

We treat ourselves to a great lunch buffet at Shoney’s in Lenoir City every now and then. My buddy and I went there for the breakfast buffet for the first time! It was great! Food was delicious and hot! Our Server Denise kept our coffee cups full and checked on us frequently. Great Job Folks!

It's a Shoney's, but cozier somehow. Lemon for your water comes in a squeeze bottle. Ordered a slim jim of the menu with onion rings and was not disappointed, so cheesy! The server was friendly and nice, and very efficient.

I had salad & hot bar, the salad bar was very fresh, the hot food not so fresh , but my server Dave was awesome he's polite very nice and on top of his guest. So if you stop at shoneys ask for Dave the one with all the gorgeous tattoos..

The food was very poor quality. Several items were inedible, fish was mush inside breading, the jalapeño poppers were off, mashed potatoes were glue. The ribs, green beans, and chocolate pudding were fine. I used to like shoneys, but I won’t go back. On the other hand, our waiter was great. $42 for lunch was steep for the quality of food.

My daughter got sick and threw up in the bathroom. The bananas and salad was rotten. Spent almost a hundred dollars for rotten food. I won't be beck. 10/10 don't recommend
More than I could have ask for. It was cleaner,the food was way better and a little bit different than the one in harriman,TN. The service was great and so was the atmosphere. I can't actually complain about anything thereVegetarian options: I mean they have vegetables on the bar or you can order from the menu.Kid-friendliness: It is a family type of restaurant. It has a homie vibeWheelchair accessibility: Yes it was wheel accessible from the parking lot to inside the restaurant there was tables with wheelchair accessibility. And the bathroom was also accommodating
