If you open at 7 then open at 7. If you have an emergency get your people on it. No sense of urgency and you aren't serving because 1 person wasn't available that day? Opening manager had a personal issue. That is fine. That's when we tell our managers that they are required to be available at any time. That is why they get paid more than a regular employee. You should be expected of more. Store manager should be fired for not making sure the store is to par.

I don't know why i keep coming back here, thinking it will be different, but it's always the same. Most if the staff seems angry about something, and you can't get a sauce to save your life. It's like they don't want to work, so if they make it unpleasant enough, you maybe you'll go away and not come back.

Whoever is managing this facility is doing it terribly. The employees have no sense of urgency. If you food comes out wrong be prepared to wait a half an hour because they forgot about you and then still get a wrong or cold order. If you call and say anything about it you WILL be called a liar, and supposedly everything was delivered as soon as it was prepared. I will be going out of my way to go to a different location in another city for sonic from now on.

Every 6 months ai get the stupid idea to stop here and I am reminded why I skip this Sonic.

The service is so slow and has been this way for years. Unless you have 30 minutes to wait/ waste do not stop here.
