3 mornings in a row now I have stopped at the Lenoir city location and have never even gotten to order ! Hit the button and wait for at least 10-15 mins . Idk why I even try with this place anymore .to add to the disappointment my coworker had the same thing happen to him after myself 🤦🏻♂️ so better sonic

Just ordered peanut butter shake. Terrible was not mixed well plus taste more like vanilla ice cream thrower in a cup. Ordered corn dog; was terrible. Tough & not done. Waiter was rude when asked if had mustard. She replied l don't pack the bags. She only delivered them & walked away unapologetic about nothing. Wasted my money. Won't be back!!!!

Always slow, food is not normally fresh or even warm. Also sonic app removed the always 1/2 price drinks now it's a coupon, so you can't stack it with other coupons.

I placed a mobile order and got to the location at 6:23 and didn’t get my food until 47 minutes later at 7:10. Apparently, other people had been waiting for a while and I saw about 4-5 people go to the door to ask for their food, and one lady got her food by doing this. I called from the stall at 7:00 and asked if I needed to come to the door or something. I was told there were only 3 people working and that I needed to wait 10 more minutes. I’ve never ever left a review for anywhere before, but the amount of time I had to wait after placing an order ahead is frankly ridiculous. I understand being short-staffed but I feel that someone in management could have taken preemptive steps to make sure their location could run more smoothly. On top of waiting 47 minutes after ordering ahead, my food was very cold. Sonic is one of my favorite places to eat but I suggest finding a somewhere else to go for your Sonic fix if you want prompt service and hot food.

For 2 months every time I have ordered from sonic in LENOIR CITY, The service has been roud and I just felt like, they had my cash so it didn't matter what I wanted it was whatever they wanted to serve me and how ever they wanted it to be... Tonight was the last straw... I ordered a triple smasher burger and got raw hamburger meat.... and when I called I was a straight up LIAR... So I just wanted everyone to see just how much i LIE....

I got 2 regular no cheese hamburgers yesterday with onion rings & sprite. The burgers were ok, onion rings were good, but the sprite tasted bitter & not carbonated. Didn't taste like Sprite at all. I didn't taste until after I got all the way home so it was inconvenient to return for just bad soda. $20 for 2 hamburger combos also seemed expencive.
25 minute wait for 2 chocolate shakes that were not even mixed and an unmixed slushie as well. Tried this location 3 times in 6 months and always like this. Not busy at any time ive been so the wait is unwarranted.

Ok, they have revamped the outside, and it looks so very nice!! New places for online and door dash pick up, with is so convenient! Love my Happy-Hour Rout 44 diet cherry 🍒 Lime Aid, but alot of times they put no fruit!!! 😑 😢
Sadly, this Sonic continues to go downhill. After a 20-minute wait, received cold food, tots and curds tasted like they were fried with sweat socks, and the new smashburger (nothing similar to a real smashburger) wasn't made to order. Paid extra for condiments and etc., and not one option made it into the order. This Sonic is hot garbage.

It was ok, but long wait time and food wasn't fresh. Also really messed up both drink orders, they put way too much syrup in BOTH drinks, like the person making them was not trained properly. They were so bad, we couldn't drink them.
