I ordered on DoorDash and it told me sonic was preparing my order then my door dasher contacted me to say Sonic didn’t get my order when Sonic confirmed the order before a dasher was even sent!

HORRIBLE when it comes to mobile orders, will put in at 4:00 and won’t get it until 4:30 ever after saying it’s on its way. Today… Pushed the button and got no response for 10+ minutes. Meanwhile they are in there playing around. It’s crazy to me how down hill sonic has gone.

We sat in the stall for 14 minutes and no one ever took our order. We left along with 3 other vehicles for the exact same reason!!!

Ordered 2 blasts. Paid for peanut butter to be added to a small and got a medium with no peanut butter. Paid for a medium with extra Reece’s got a small turtle. When asked we got the first corrected and the second only had reeces on top. Dug to the bottom and none to be found. When asking for the extra I paid for I was told ( by an employee that hadn’t taken her hood off the whole time) that she blended it herself with 4 scoops. I could go google it to find out how many a medium gets. So here I am on google. The employee was very unprofessional and rude and after 3 attempts still could not get the job done right. I’ll add a picture to the bottom of my “extra” toppings they had no problem changing for but would not provide.

Placed a mobile order at 9:04pm and checked in a stall 1. At 9:34pm I pressed the red button and got no response. Moved to stall 7 at 9:39pm pressed the button and got a response that my order would be out. Cartoon came out with my food and said my order didn't show up on the screen until 9:39pm. I told her that was a lie because I had been at stall 1 since 9:04pm and the screen had my name and showed my food was being made in the kitchen. She rolled her eyes and said have a good night.
